How does one
become a Reseller? |
Our program is very
simple. When you purchase your fifth Advanced Web (AW)
Virtual Server you are automatically considered a
Reseller. This entitles you to receive a Reseller discount
of 25% off the regular monthly, quarterly,
semi-annual, or yearly charges. Once you have
attained reseller status, your billing must be monthly,
regardless of past practice. Your billing would be
adjusted to reflect any credit acruing during your first
reseller billing cycle.
***NOTE*** BWSD
gives a considerable discount to quarterly, semi-annually,
and annually paying AW Server clients. Your reseller status becomes automatic after 5 resold servers. By paying quarterly up until this point, you would already be receiving a 12.3% discount of the regular $95/month price of the AW75 Server (as an example). You do not get 25% off your current bill (which is already discounted by paying quarterly). You get 25% off the retail price of the Advanced Web (AW) Servers, as posted on the AW Server Pricing Page
For example, if you had 5 AW75 servers, and were paying
for them all quarterly, your quarterly bill every three
months would be $1250.00 When you move to reseller status
at 5 resold servers, your quarterly cost goes down to $1068.75, and you may switch to monthly billing. Your total monthly billing becomes $356.25 (This works out
to $71.25/month on average per server, instead of $83.33 (Average monthly cost when prepaying quarterly - before achieving Reseller Status). In
fact, BWSD offers one of the most open Reseller Programs
in the industry, due to the fact that we give pre-paid
discounts. So until you achieve reseller status, you are
saving already. In addition, you get a reduction on the
fee for adding domains to your servers, which becomes $25
instead of $30.
Setup and onetime charges are not subject to the Reseller
Discount.
When you have purchased 20 or more Virtual Servers, you
receive a 40% discount off your total monthly
bill. This reduces your per server, monthly cost to $57
for AW75 Servers, for example. Simply fill out the online
order form for your customers using your Reseller ID (When you order your first Advanced Web (AW) Server, simply add a note in the comments box on the online order form, that you are requesting a reseller ID.).

Is there
marketing support? |
You are responsible for
all your own advertising including submitting pages to
Internet search engines. BWSD is in the process of
creating a new area in our AW Server Backroom dedicated to
help the marketing efforts of our Resellers. The BWSD
Marketing Library will contain helpful information such as
sample advertisements, Internet Presentations, and other
tools to make your marketing efforts more successful.

Who handles
support questions for a Reseller's clients? |
- The Reseller Program is
designed to work so that the Reseller acts as the front
line support for their own clients. In the event the
Reseller is asked a question he or she does not know the
answer to, the RESELLER may then contact BWSD on behalf
of their client. As standard procedure, and in order to
avoid possible conflicts, BWSD does not interact with
the clientele of its Resellers.
