What do I do?- It's very simple, you
sell our servers, and you get a 20% discount on all
servers you sell after your first server. What's unique
about the program is that we'll give you 30 days to come
up with your first customer. If you resell a server
before the 30 day period is up, we'll credit you for a
20% discount on your original server.
How do I sign up?- There's no need to "sign
up". You're automatically elligible for reseller
status when you purchase your first server.
What if I don't want to
sell servers, but have multiple sites of my own?- In this case you also
qualify for reseller status. Therefore, if you purchase
your second server within the 30 day period, you'll get
the discount credited towards the first one as well as
get the reseller rate on the second, and all subsequent
server orders.
What if I purchase two
servers or more on my first order?- In this case you get
the 20% discount right away, on all the servers.
How do I maintain my
reseller status?- Simply keep two active
server accounts with Beck Web, and you maintain your
reseller status.
Do you provide support
for my resold accounts?- We will support you. We
expect you to be familiar with the BW servers so that
you can fully converse with your clients on their
operations. You'll do that through becoming familiar
with your own. You provide the front-line support for
your clients. We will of course, answer any questions
which cannot be answered by you, to you. We will not
contact your client at any time.
Who bills my clients for
their web site?- You do. If you are
reselling servers, then you are our customer. The ones
you're selling the servers to are your cusotmers. You
are responsible for all your accounts payments, an for
billing your clients. Again, we do not contact your
clients.
Why is the reseller
program only available on the BW Servers?- The two (AW25, AW75)
AW Servers allow for two
things which are not available on the BW servers. One,
they allow for reselling webspace and the AW75 allows
giving your clients FTP priviledges to their directory
structure, and two, both servers allow for virtual host
partitioning, also with FTP & POP priviledges on the
AW75. Both of these options allow for significant income
earning and therefore with the pricing structure on
those servers. Therefore we have decided not to offer a
reseller program for those servers.
Is there any contract I
have to sign?- There is no separate
contract for resellers. Your account status is kept in a
database under your name. If you have more than one
server under your name, then your reseller status is
automatic. Simply remit the reseller rate, and use the
Reseller Price radio button on the Online Order Form
when you submit it. The online order form, you submit
with each server order is your verification that you are
the server owner, regardless if you are a multiple
account holder or a single account holder.
